Am following the diet on my last 2 days
270.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 72.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The Fastfx two week challenge and now a 1200 calories a day with one shake at lunchtime. In about 3 weeks I’ll do another 2 week challenge
