Thank you all who comment on my weight loss.
I, unfortunately, am too dumb to know how to respond to you personally-old age does that to a person's brain a lot.
Just to tell a little about myself, this is the third and last time I am going to get below 200. Of course, this has been over the 45+ plus years. Hopefully, this time I am learning. I am also getting older and am running out of my self-motivation power so this has to be the last and final weight loss. In fact, losing weight over the many years has caused an enormous and painful sagging belly to the point that this past summer heat almost caused me to perform my own tummy tuck. Needless to say, I have been approved for a tummy tuck that will happen in Mar 2015 due to the fact that I have to have ALL of my medications and vitamins out of my system totally to prevent bleeding. Hopefully by that time, I will be below 190 which is a little bit lower than when I was born, according to my mother.
All I want to say to you out there is don't give up the fight. It may take longer than you want but if you perservere, you will be successful. The best thing I learned from FatSecret is to record everything you ate, exercise, religiously, and have faith. Thank you and Happy Holidays.
