Midja ner 2 cm till 89. Nu börjar det likna något. snittade ett kg ner i veckan under Januari. Första delmålet närmar sig! #körvi
169.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
