Here we go again! I'm back to "turn over a new leaf". After two one week vacations this summer, I've packed on some pounds. I started ww again yesterday and went to the Y to work out! Ironically I lost 4 lbs since yesterday...go figure. I guess it is water weight. Anyway...I'm going to really work hard to lose at minimum 15 lbs. Wish me luck.....
