Today sucks. I really am getting a divorce. : ( Emotional pain sucks! at least I'm not binge eating

147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 27.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.8 lb a week

I'm so sorry you are going through a difficult time. Hang in there it will get better, and this site has a way of keeping you focused. :)
