OMG finally I have started losing weight again and it is all because I started walking my dog and we go jogging... Thank you Roxie your my best friend and motivator I have...
169.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
