Disappointed this week as have reduced calories in the main but the weekend was bad so aim this week is to continue to try and consistently eat to my calorie goal (or less!) and continue increasing the exercise
196.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
