After loosing almost 100 lbs a couple of years ago through the LA weightloss program I gained back most of it once the centre closed and the program went under.

I have just recently had my first baby in March and to be honest I ate whatever I wanted to throughout my pregnancy, so I gained more then what I should have but not an enormous amount!!!

After getting onto the scales the other day I decided that I NEEDED to loose some weight to feel better about myself, fit into my pre-pregnacy clothes and to be happy!!!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck to you! I'm in the same boat. Lost the weight through LAWL, and gained it back with the baby (who is now 2!). No more excuses!

I did the same. I lost 50 lbs in a few short months but went a bit obsessive - exercising 1-2 hrs a day and measuring every gram I ate. It worked though. When centre closed, they put me on the LA On The GO program which didn't work for me and I simply gave up. Serious mistake on my part. I gained all 50 back plus a couple more and feel like I wasted all that money for nothing. I'm just recently back at it. Just keep at it, even on those days when it doesn't feel worth it. When you wake up the next day you will be SOOO proud of yourself that you stuck it out! Second times a charm!

Hey Rinnie! I was loosing weight back in 2008 with you! I lost 50 or 60lbs with LA weightloss. Kept it off for awhile but now Im 15lbs up from where I once was. Im back on track too! You did it once and I know you can do it again! Baby weight is hard. Thats how I put on most of my weight the first time. Glad to see your back as well! Good luck!
