Jane Robbin's Journal, 25 January 2023

I weighed myself, not any weight loss, but no weight gain, so I must be stalled. I will start "IF" starting tomorrow and try that for a week, to see if I lose weight again. The first 10-15 lbs is always water weight and easy to get rid off. I am losing inches, I can tell. That means fat loss which is what I am going for.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support, I am on a carnivore diet, mostly BBBE and some veg with low carbs.

What is NSV?

NSV = "non-scale victory" Any improvement in overall health that does not reflect on the scale. Like better measurements (waist, hips, thighs) or better bloodwork numbers, or even being able to ride on a carnival ride or sit in an airplane seat without a seatbelt extender....... all non-scale victories!!

Oh yes I am doing that, the weight coming off will happen, I am watching the difference in loss of fat on body and I am seeing that occur. Thanks for explaining
