I honestly didn't think I'd lose weight this week. Had even planned on not doing a weigh-in, but curiosity won out and I stepped on the scale. Glad I did!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
