been doing some learning, diet cheat day does not cause us to gain fat. it's all water and also has to do with amount of food matter.

the consensus is, 3-5 days for weight to return to normal after 1 cheat day. but, it would take quite a bit of effort and commitment to gain that much in body fat.

so, thinking about that concept on our journey, what are we trying to lose? just weight (numbers?) or actual adipose tissue (body fat)?

Good to know yesterday was a cheat day for me 😂 but after figuring I actually only went 300 calories over goal so could have been worse
