Well, as to be expected, gained quite a bit back after Thanksgiving. Nothing new with that though, usually after I hit a new low, I bounce back up and fluctuate. Honestly though I'm okay with it. I know my body well enough to know that I'm losing, which is nice. I would rather fluctuate between 143-147 then be back up in the horrible 150's. Also, I predicted this would happen with my lack of self control lately, and my lack of weight training due to mine and my trainer's busy schedule.
Tomorrow I am going to have a free session at an MMA studio in the area. I am really excited. I honestly don't think anything will come from it, because I know its going to be expensive, and as much as I would love to try something new, I may not be able to financially afford it. What really bothers me though is the amount of people that think it's a stupid idea. I mean sure, its a tougher form of exercise, and does involve getting hit in the face maybe. But my friends almost laughed at me when I said I wanted to try it. Even my fiance didn't seem to be the most supportive. I mean its not like I'm about to go and start doing UFC, or become a professional butt kicker, but they could at least pretend to be supportive.
Hope everyone has a great day!
