Lost 1.2 pounds this week. I am pleased with this. So now I am going to add in strawberries but stay at 25 net carbs each day. I will only have strawberries every other day, not every day.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
