I think the progress made this week is from cutting out alcohol during the week and staying active. Although, I need to workout at the gym much more. I only made it once this week. The smoke from the fire kept me from doing my morning break walks. I'll get back in this routine and more stretching & desk exercises.
The main thing is that I'm much more aware of what my caloric intake is, how much I burn, and how much that affects me overall. It is very evident.
