530 day since my last weigh in. I've looked at all of my old journal posts... it was eye-opening. Between the live pure and Keto I was down 50 lbs from where I'm at now. I don't know as if the live pure was as good or nearly as successful as Keto diet. I'm not interested in a fad or a specific diet but concerned about being healthy. if I can limit carbs with Keto which is something I need to do anyways and use intermittent fasting which was recommended by Dr May, then I should have a healthy plan for losing weight. in the name of Jesus I renounce the lie that I cannot lose weight. in the name of Jesus I renounce the lie that I cannot be healthy. in the name of Jesus I renounce the lie that I will fail
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
