Today I'm having eggs and cheese with sriracha, roast beef, broccoli slaw with apples, raisins ,almonds, croutons, and drinking blueberry pomegranate tea. Happy Monday!!!!
245.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
