popeyes ghost pepper wings on diet cheat day. they were very, very good. fries, ranch, biscuit and enough cookies/deserts. and great beer. cheat day is always terrific, and i love back on track on sundays.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
