Interesting jump up. May have something to do with hubby cooking dinners, he’s also CICO but very haphazard with calculating meal totals. Will check back after the weekend.
168.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
