Well, now I know. I can't blow out so much at the weekends and still lose weight. I dieted well Sun - Thur to make up for Fri/Sat and still put on 0.5lbs. My other half lost 1lb and he isn't even on a diet, just having the same tea as me. Time for a re-think. Less calories at the weekend. Bah, humbug!
