And so it begins....again😅 Amazing what one day of healthy conscious eating and taking your diabetic meds can do for your glucose levels after a good month or more of raised levels and weight gain😏 Went from 18mmol evening to 12mmol morning to 10.8 evening to 9.8mmol this morning💪 And 1.5kg down! Super motivated!
