Hello and Happy New Year FS! 🎊💃🌞

Well, I’m up a tad but apparently still stable (weight wise 🤣🤣). I guess bean soup wasn’t the best choice last night but I wanted to use up the ham bone and ham. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And, it’s pork and sauerkraut tonight. I’m still weighing every day but I have thought about weighing once a week. I’m not sure about that….worried that I’d go roque. Not sure…I still have my struggles.

Hubby said he has gained and wants to get serious about eating right. I’ve noticed he goes back for seconds lately. And, he looks at me and says, it’s really good mama-do! I’m not judging but smile. We don’t normally eat out so I have control how the food is cooked but it’s a portion control issue for sure. I try to make enough so I don’t have to cook every night. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe I will make a big pot of cabbage soup or diet soup. Maybe I need to start measuring the food again. When I first started in 2021, I measured every morsel and recorded it. That truly helps!
