He's a beast. I worked with his sister but never met him. I remember hearing that after winning fight of the night bonus, he would drop $10k at Cabela's the next day. Lol Good for him that he didn't jump on the sauce during his career when many have. That's impressive.

I see your point cheesewiz. However I’m a fan of the truth. I think it’s more detrimental when a public figure for say.... liver king who claims he’s got his physique from his ancestral tenants and hard work. Meanwhile the schmucks out there eating as much testicles as he could and working as hard as he could an not getting half his result and then they blame it on “bad genetics” and gives up entirely. Atleast this way you get to decide for yourself. I would never jump on the juice, the reason I got into fitness was to better my health and the physique is an awesome side effect. But I’d rather have the truth and decide for myself than to be fooled and manipulated into buying their products and eating a balls for breakfast lunch n dinner 😂

I know that is insane that he even has that kind of money to do that and I can only imagine how much damage that much test , HGH and everything else a month is doing to him that's nuts.

Otb my elbow feels 98% there’s still some kink. But I am starting to go heavier now. And adding sets according to how it feels. Just have to be smart about breakdown to recovery ratio. My deads is taking off tho, preciously 435 for 1rm is now 3rm. Squats it’s inching up... 315 is no joke! I’ve been stuck on 4 reps for a month already and there’s girls ok TikTok that reps 4plates! That’s so impressive

Sadly my elbow is starting to act up a bit now 😕 I ordered the REP cambered Swiss Bar so I can still keep pushing forward by using different grips for my OHP and bench hopefully it helps. Should be here in the next few days. My gym budget was already blown why not blow it even more 🙄 lol

I've been focusing more on my front squats more than back squats this month. Working on my form and I was doing sets with 205 yesterday getting closer to my back squat set weight. I want to start messing around more with the Olympic/ crossfit style lifts and most of them have front squats as a part of the movements. I had stopped doing all conventional deadlfits for at least 6 months everything was with the trap bar but this month I've been doing mostly conventionals and have really been progressing with them the past few weeks again. The extra fat is staring to anoy me now though and it's definitly packing on all over 🙄

Yea I’m curious of cleans and jerks too. But I can’t justify the risk to reward tho. Tell how much it benefits you tho, maybe you can sway me 😂

Yea I heard about that too cheesepuff! I’m surprised he’s only being sued for 25 million tho. He makes 100 million a year as of 2022 so that much is nothing. There should be a class action lawsuit for those he fraud.... he was basically running on false advertising and making huge income from it, from 5 mill a year to 100 mill.

I can't see how the would be any more beneficial than movements your already doing from a body building standpoint. But for strength and athleticism I think they could have some benefits. Plus it's something new to try to keep things interesting.

Cheesegobbler84 I was fully 100 percent kidding around 😃 but your not wrong about being hard on myself that's pretty accurate. The bulks going Great need to slow it down a bit though today is the 2 month mark and I have 2 more months to go of this but only want to gain 7 more pounds max. I'm not worried about the fat I know exactly what to do to drop it just still a bit of a head game temporarily accepting it. I've read a lot of stuff saying former fattys have a very hard mentaly while doing a bulk knowing they are putting the fat back on they just lost. But I'm not giving up on it yet still have more goals to hit.

Oh yea definitely, my 1st bulk was only 3 months lol then I’m like I look like I’m reversing. But once you see the result you’ll have more trust in it the next time.... even tho you have people that tells you to trust it in the 1st. As humans we tend to learn more through experience. At least for me, but if I would have listened I would have saved more time. But it’s part of the fun 😂 like how you think you’re progressing good in a deficit then you go on a bulk and just jumping through reps and weights. Only then you realize your progress was so slow on a deficit. I actually have to limit my training so that I could recover from it so I won’t continue to tear shit up from training too hard.
