I am so excited. I have been on the scale all week & seen virtually no change & was almost ready to give into some normal weekend temptations but I didn't & this morning I see a difference on the scale. I can't wait to see bigger changes as I go on. I'm already ready to jump back on my treadmill.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
