137.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Blew it this past weekend. No exercise, stayed up too late on Friday and was tired all weekend. Had too many calories (partly due to being out of town for a wedding)
