Ok, I came back last week ready to get back on the diet bandwagon. Well I did and I was gaining weight. Well I assume I needed to shock my body and eat what I want but in moderation and what do you know, the scale started to move again. Well this is the blessing I've always wanted, to lose weight and eat what I WANT! No need to complain. Last night, I was in the mood for Mexican food but this is what I did. I divided the meal into 3 portions! and ate one portion for dinner last nite. Now the meal was originally around 1000 calories and by cutting it into thirds, I narrowed it down to a little over 300 calories. My husband commends my will power. LOL!
Dance practice on tonight. It's a calorie scorcher and it's fun so it doesn't feel like a workout really but is.
My legs and thighs are getting so toned and muscular. Now why won't my hips and abs follow suit?
