enjoyed lots of food and lots of sweets on 12/24 and 12/25. resumed structured plan on 12/26. feel good. eating was fun, but the body sure felt it. i can't believe after indulging for xmas, people still don't wanna "attempt" to start until after new year. indulging in goodies is fun, but being on a healthy wellness plan feels so much better.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
