I think I need to go back through my journal entries, from the beginning, and try to find my enthusiasm & determination anew. I know much of my extra snacking is related to the smoking cessation, but I really REALLY wanna replace with extra steps, dancing about or even housework instead. Still chewing on toothpicks too...at least they're zero calories!😉😇

I use sugarless gum for any time I need a sweet treat and can't afford any calories! Maybe that will curb the chewed up tooth picks! Lol!
