I have a dinner date tonight!! Feeling so excited and hoping he doesn't judge me about my weight since I'm a work in progress. But it's so cool, he follows the atkins diet too, seems like he can relate. Hoping that I don't eat a bunch of stuff off my diet. Happy weekend peeps :-)

264.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb. Still to go: 64.6 lb. Diet followed 100%.

Have a wonderful time. Use common sense when ordering and eating. Should be easy since the two of you are following the same diet.
