Wow, I just looked at your weight chart, you have lost over 90 lbs since April. That is fantastic work. We need a Fat Secret hall of fame or something like that, you'd have my nomination for it.

The 7.2 is not a good read for the week. On my last weigh in, I had a few days of high salt consumption the days before which resulted in a lot of water retention. I would say half of that 7.2 should have been on last weeks weigh in. Drank a lot of water this week to flush out the salt, guess it worked. Feels good at reaching this goal, but I know it's just a milestone for me. Got to continue down this path and hope to get through probably the hardest 6 weeks of the year for all of us here on FS. Thanks for all of the support you sent my way, and looking forward to continuing my journey here on FS.

Thanks everyone! I couldn't have gotten this far without your continued support. Hey Jim, don't know about Hall of Fame, but maybe a milestone club. We used to have a "Blood Hound" club in work that you got into if you donated a gallon of blood (8 pints). Maybe they should have a "Century Club" for those that lost 100 lbs (my next mini goal).
