It is sad that I have to record my weight at a gain, but I have put it off for long enough. Somehow I figured that if I did not weigh in, that it didn't really count, but I need to face the consequences of my horrible eating decisions. So there it is. A gain of 3.2 pounds. Hopefully, owning up to it, will force me to get back on track!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Best thing is just to come up and say "yes i gained, but you know what it isnt forever. I can get this off again." Keep going girlie...

It's so hard. I just quit smoking too, which makes it that much worse!!!
