Adi Potter😀's Journal, 17 December 2022

Good morning everyone hope your all good🙏🏻 Well there's a shock to the system this morning... I never checked in last night with you all as i wasn't feeling confident about losing much or anything at all tbh i'd been eating slightly different foods over the week... half a thin & crispy Veggie Supreme pizza🍕 from asda that caught my eye while out shopping and even adding stuff like cheese🧀 and mayo to meals😬 I've not done this at all since been on FS (around 11 weeks) I've stuck to a strict regime so to jump on the scales this morning and see a 2.6lb loss as made me one happy Adi😊 My only dilemma now is that i'm supposed to be going out tonight and i've not touched a drop of alcohol in over 3 months now... I've not done it because of been alcohol dependent i just wanted to cut it out of my life for a while and now not even sure if i want to drink again as its been that long (my head is all over the place)... I know if i do tomorrow i'll probably beat myself for doing so as its been so long and set me back 3 months am not sure that even going and just drinking pop is going to work😮 HELP😭😭 Anyway that's enough of me babbling on hope you all achieved your goals this week and have a great weekend whatever your doing 🙏🏻❤️

I would say don't have a drink just for the sake of it, only if you really want one. Say you are on antibiotics if people question you.

that's really good 👍 for not drinking, now I've been alcohol free for over 6 years and every time I think about I just remind myself what I was like or would be like if I drank again and I aways convince myself that it is & was better to not drink. I feel tons better off without alcohol then I was with it.
