Anne, yes! I'm currently trying to eat a bit more. don't want to get overly bulky, I prefer the lean muscular look. I'd like to look like I lift, which I guess I do, but not like I'm lifting too much. I'm finding it hard allowing myself to get heavier though, even if it now seems like the only way to grow more through exercise. good problem to have

That's the hardest look to achieve and maintain in my experience. But worth the effort 👌 💪
