Thought this would be a stuck plateau week. I was so busy I did not have time to what I ate. I exercised but not on my usual schedule. My rule is less than six hours of sleep, I lose the privilege to exercise early morning. No need to be perfect. That feels good. Just be regular people and take it one day at a time. Bonus. Down 3lbs. I was really expecting the numbers to head north. Pleased.
