Lost 2 pounds

lost total of 31.50 pounds since starting. :)

gotta ways to go but I'm on the right track and I am continuing on. :)
292.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
