Ok. So I've been lost. I've been lost in fast food, a world of cravings and hidden in plain sight right on the sofa. Well, I'm tired of being tired and tired of complaining about my weight and how I fit (or rather don't fit) into my clothes. So I now see that this is a lifestyle change and I cannot just hide from it. Cause it'll find me tired and lazy and cranky all the time. Bottom line...I'm back and glad to be here.
