good solid number. all factors would suggest i've built 1 to 1.5 pounds of muscle due to workouts, steady high protein and vinegar/enzymes to improve digestion and absorption. i guess if it stays at this baseline through next week, i'll know more about it.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 77.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
