OK, so what I have packed for food is a cup of Greek yogurt,a quarter cup of granola, half of an avocado to go with the salad that I will purchase at work, and a quarter cup nuts. Not saying all that is going to be consumed. Trying to intermittent fast again, so I won’t eat until break at 11. I will do my very best to actually consume the correct amount of water for my weight, but cutting back the coffee just is not gonna happen. My biggest downfall is snacking at work because I work at a bakery and sometimes things just aren’t up to par so they get donated to Feeding America or sometimes feeding employees… 141 this morning.
