So I went down a bit! This is encouraging! It may not look like much but getting the scale to budge even 1 pound is a victory for me. Despite being sick the last couple days I have been eating normally and staying in calorie range. No exercise since last Friday but hopefully once I'm over this flu I will back in business. I am proud of myself though - I put this small victory down to cutting out soda, desserts and actually sticking to proper portion sizes for the last month. It does work once you don't lie to yourself about it!


I'm not sure why fatsecret is not showing that I lost 2 pounds but I did. I was 136 for the past month and now I'm 134!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
