well it's been a while. I'm only counting cals sometimes now, but started resistance training and cardio regularly. it still took a long time to see any change in my body but now I'm at a point where I feel my metabolism is finally kickstarting again and I can just eat intuitively. looking back at the photos I took a year ago when I just started training really made me realize how far I've come. so, here's to progress, however long it takes💪
