Here it is, not a complete destruction, but bad enough to say the least. In my defense and not an excuse, I have not been drinking nearly enough water as I should be doing, but I am working on that. My workout this morning was pretty good, really felt good to get back to the gym. Have a great day all.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kudos for putting it up there. It's tough to do, but it pushes us along the right path. I go back quite a bit and look at what it was.

I've found when I don't drink enough water, my ankles and feet swell...particularly if I've been standing or on my feet for a great amount of time.

Time to tweek what you are eating, and you must get that water in for sure. Restart at your very next meal. You can do it. Then who knows, it may be you are building muscle. Never say never, you can do it.
