Well, weight loss came to a stall. I'm wondering if it is because of not enough fat. I'm taking a medicine that my doctor gave me and it blocks about 30% of the fat I eat from getting into my system.
I'm gonna try to quit it for a couple of days and see if the weight loss picks up.

Not that I'm complaining! A loss is a loss and I had been stuck gaining for a couple of weeks back there. I just miss the fast weight loss from the first days! lol
217.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
