Happy Thanksgiving to all my FS friends!

I have so much to be thankful for. I'm finally back on track with taking care of my own health and well being. I hope you all are doing the same.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
