gave myself a cheat day yesterday. it was the perfect storm of a real vacation day with plenty of leisure time as well as a great leg workout in the morning. so i gave myself the day. today, i do not need to deviate and then we'll just see how the leftovers pan out for saturday. gotta rehydrate today and get a good morning workout and then just enjoy the day.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
