loving the results because its a food plan I can stick to. lovin the salads and wraps. I'm not the kind of person that really needs fat and sweets so I've been pretty good but all things in moderation. It's gonna take time but time is all I have at this point. 325 - 298 = 27 lbs... As of now I feel better, breathe a bit easier and no longer feel like dying after a ball game.
Lets hope it continues.
