Tried to work out this morning but got very weak, dizzy, and started throwing up. I don't know if I'm ill or if it was because I hadn't eaten, but I called in to work today. Blech.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
