Really, I'd be happy, but it's all coming off where I don't need it! I don't want to have chicken legs with a Pillsbury Dough Boy look!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

hey just keep going! you are so doing great! i usually don't give pple advice and you didn't ask so just ignore me or delete if you want but do you do strength training? heavy lifting will improve your metabolism and help with belly fat; do you have coconut oil? it's supposed to help; also fiber, just pure fiber like psyllium husk mixed with flax and cinnamon; avocados too xoxo tulip! i'm in a very similar place . ....

Just think of your legs now as skinny and sexy and suck in your gut when a hot guy is around. The stomach will come off eventually.
