well, at first i didn't FEEL like i ate so much. but, number one, it was Chinese buffet, so quantity plus sodium. two, I snacked all the rest of the night. so it was a good cheat day for sure. i challenge myself to stay accountable and keep on my plan despite thanksgiving week. being accountable to myself is more important that stuffing my face on thursday.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
