Did good mon-fri, but fri nite, all day saturday and sunday i ate bad and drank bad....no more of that now. Got to lose another 13 pounds for the military!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
