i need to get back ontrack. need to refocus and remember why i need to loose weight. since the wedding its been hard bc i had a good goal date and it was important. maybe i need a new goal date that has some significance.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 59.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
