Decided to go with my cheat day one day early this past week, since I knew I would be going out on Friday to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had my body fat % measured with calipers by a professional trainer as well. My one month results are a loss of 19 lbs, and a body fat % loss of between 7% and 9%, since it is tough to tell without more exact tools. Either way, I can't believe how well I've stuck to things, and how well it has worked. My body fat is now ~18%, so now the goal is to drop it to 12%. Keep on workin!
